The architectural finish of the complex combines the styles of different historical periods: exotic palaces in Moresque of the end of the 19th century – the first quarter of the 20th century are neighbours to multystoried buildings of a later date. The palace park ensemble of the sanatorium “Dyulber” (the former summer residence of Grand Prince Pyotr Nikolajevich Romanov) is a local historic landmark (of the architect N.P. Krasnov). It was built in 1895-1897. The second building of the sanatorium “Dyulber” (1938, the author of the project was B.I. Belozersky) is also a local historic landmark.
